    i really like cooking so i thought I'd put on some of my favouite recipes on heres, and most of them are healthy and are all cheap to make, i hope you enjoy making them, and if there's any you like to make feel free to contact me on here and i will add them to the website.

    Pasta Sauce

    Ingredients

    1 tin of tomato's

    2 teaspoons of tomato puree

    Garlic (as much of little as you like depending on if you like garlic, put you can leave it out)

    1 small onion chopped

    2 teaspoon's sugar

    A little bit of mixed herbs

    Method

    Chop and fry the onion

    Chop garlic, and add to the pan along with the mixed herbs

    Then add the tin of tomato's and sugar

    Leave to simmer on a low heat for about 20 minutes

    Enjoy

    i always make a big batch of this and once its cooled down you can out it in tubs and put in the freezer

    Stir Fry

    Ingredients

    Chicken or Pork (or any other meat, or you could just leave the meat out all together)

    Soy sauce

    3 or 4 Spring Onion's chopped

    1 carrot grated

    A handful of bean sprouts and Spinach

    8 to 10 mushrooms chopped

    Rice or Noodles

    (you can add whatever veg you like to the stir fry this is just what i add)

    Method

    Cook the meat until its cooked all the way threw

    When all the veg is prepared add it to the pan, and add as much soy sauce as you like

    Cook the rice or Noodles

    Enjoy

    Flapjacks

    Ingredients

    180g/6oz butter

    60g/2oz sugar

    2 tablespoons of golden syrup

    200g/7oz oats

    Method

    Preheat the oven to 180oc

    Put the butter, sugar, and golden syrup over a medium heat until the butter has melted and all the ingredients have combined

    Add the oats to the mixture a little at a time until all the mixture has formed

    Put the mixture on greaseproof paper on a oven tray and cook for 10-15mins

    When taken out of the oven cut into squares and leave to cool

    The flapjacks will last up to a week in a tub in the fridge (that's if they last that long)
